Inrush current generator

The company has a series of inrush/impulse current generators of various series and specifications, such as bench-top, cabinet, and open type.

● Inrush current (4/10μs, 8/20μs), combined wave (such as 1.2/50μs-8/20μs, 10/700μs-5/320μs, 10/1000μs-10/1000μs) generators are designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the IEC standard, the national standard, and the industry standard. They are mainly used for inrush current testing of SPDs, varistors, protection devices, voltage protection level (limiting voltage) testing, AC operational load testing, and electromagnetic immunity testing.

● Inrush current (e.g., 4/10μs, 8/20μs, 10/350μs, 30/80μs) generators for inrush current tests of ZnO surge arrester valves, SPDs, varistors, protective devices, voltage protection level (limiting voltage) tests, and AC/DC operational load tests.

● Intelligent control technology is adopted to meet the testing requirements of various SPD products and their devices. It has the advantages of multi-purpose, stability and reliability. Integrates AC test power supply and decoupling network, triggering discharge at specified phase to complete AC action load test. Integrated coupling/decoupling network to complete electromagnetic immunity test.

● Adopting digital waveform measurement and intelligent control technology to meet the testing needs of various types of zinc oxide lightning arrester valves, SPD products and their components. The intelligent measurement and control system has the advantages of automatic generation and printing of test reports, continuous testing, high testing accuracy, stability and reliability.

● Beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, easy operation. Widely used in national test centers, provincial test centers, third-party test centers, research institutes of electrical appliances, SPD device manufacturing companies, and exported to all over the world.

● The GIC series can be operated continuously for a long period of time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is the core equipment for the automated production line of 8/20μs residual voltage test for zinc oxide lightning arrester valves.
